Kristi creates art from her travels and experiences in life. Taking the beauty found in life and nature, she interprets it in her own unique way. |
Specializing in fused glass, her designs are inspired from everyday things. Out to lunch for sushi? The next design is a sushi set. Walking downtown looking at architecture and the next design is Art Deco, etc. Anything that can be translated into glass isn't safe. A member of the Nebraska Arts Council, she has shown her work at many galleries including Bizarre, Bemis, Jackson Street Gallery, Shelterbelt Theater, Adventure In Art, Hot Shops Nicholas Street Gallery, Blue Pomegranate, Marelli's Glass Artistry and Gifts and White Crane. Her pieces have been sold nationally from coast to coast through custom, one-of-a-kind designs. She was also recently featured HGTV's That's Clever! Creating a one-of-a-kind glass fusion clock and was also nominated for an Omaha Entertainment Award for her work in glass. |
